The outer foam layer of each Pipercross replacement filter incorporates a vortex-designed outer surface area to absorb larger amounts of airbome dirt particles, while still allowing air to flow freely. The inner layer/red foam matrix continues to retain finer dirt particles, so offering maximum engine protection.
Pipercross replacement air filters are manufactured in multi-laminated open cell patented reticulated polyurethane foam which fit directly into your Saab's airbox, provide 30% more airflow and have increased dust capacity.
