The Saab GM900 has been much criticized for itshandling, with owners often reporting torque steer and poor steering response. One of the major causes is the poor standard steering rack mount, which allows significant rack movement under acceleration and cornering.
The steering rack clamp and brace kit addresses this problem by providing a rigid mount for the steering rack, which is then further braced against the inner wing, thus greatly reducing any bulkhead flex and unwanted rack movement.
