Fitted this filter to my car about a year ago (just after fitting an ECU upgrade). The car definately appeared more responsive and if anything, I'd say that the the fuel consumption has improved slightly.
I could tell no difference in sound levels, so all in all I was very happy with this filter, plus I should not need to change the filter ever again.. just clean it on the odd occasion.
