No problem fitting these. A few 3mm drill holes into the plastic of the wheel arch, another couple of 4mm clearance holes into the wheel arch liner. Just remember that the metal channel fits around the back of the wheel arch liner (you can get your hand in easily to hold it in place until you screw the screws in). The screws with a built in washer screw through the wheel arch liner and the other 3 screws screw directly through the flap into the wheel arch.
You will have to remove the rear wheels to do this job and you need to make sure you support the car with axle stands - NOT YOUR JACK!
The mouldings fit precisely with the bodywork of the face lifted model 02 to 05.
