Excellent product, easy to fit.
Fitting Tips:- remove the 3 screws(1 underneath, 2 on the side) from the bumber/splash guard this will allow you enough room to drop the old air box out.
Remove the indicator unit, for the sake of only 1 bolt it gives you loads of space later on. undo the intake pipe at the flow meter. Undo the 3 securing bolts at the bottom of the box (maybe rusty and may break the rubbers but your not going to need them anyway). the whole box, with pipe will drop out.
Remove the airbox locating rubber behind the indicator unit as it only stops the box moving which isn't needed anymore.(on the old box, there is a plastic spike that sticks up into this rubber) fit the new collar with the bracket and threaded hole underneath where the rubber was. Because you have removed the rubber, the bolt supplied with the washer on top is plenty long enough, make sure you place the bolt at the back of the hole to ensure the indicator unit fits back properly later. (easiest with a ratchet).
Now refit the air intake pipe, both ends. Then the filter, tighten the hose clips (if the screw faces forward on both you can get to them easily through where the indictaor unit goes.
If your going to remove the old pipe from the rad to the box, can be cut out with a knife but mind you don't nic the aircon rad.
Don't need to put an additional guard on as any water should be replelled provided the filter is oiled.
